Editor in Chief<\/strong><\/span>
The undisputed head and final arbiter of the majority of UniMinds published content. This role sets the tone and priorities of coverage at the highest level.<\/p>\n

Editorial Directors \/ Managing Editors<\/strong><\/span>
Our amazing people who are in charge of a single UniMinds publication or media brand (magazine, website, etc.), or our defined sets of UniMinds publications. This is a hybrid role that involves management of our in-house and freelance writers. They also direct day-to-day editorial production process, which includes quarterly editorial calendar production, scheduling and assigning articles, setting deadlines, routing copy and so forth. Sometimes, more than often, they take on writing duties as well.<\/p>\n

Senior Editors<\/strong><\/span>
These folks have deep expertise when it comes to the subject matter of a UniMinds title, brand, or one of its specific departments. They spend most of their time covering \u2014 and sometimes assigning coverage on \u2014 that particular topic exclusively.<\/p>\n

Digital Web Producers \/ Media Directors<\/strong><\/span>
This UniMinds role can involve some writing and editing responsibilities for regular copy, but typically it\u2019s more focused on producing multimedia, managing online and digital content, and spearheading major projects like internal\/external and client website creative redesigns, changing content management systems, etc.<\/p>\n

Copy Editors<\/strong><\/span>
A very important role in UniMinds editorial teams: Copy editors are the guardians of both UniMinds in-house and industry-standard style, as well as the front-line fact-checkers and proofreaders. They make grammatical and structural revisions to pieces in rough-draft form before sending those to our managing and\/or senior editors for further review.<\/p>\n

Associate Editors \/ Editorial Interns<\/strong><\/span>
Typically, the \u201cworkhorses\u201d of UniMinds editorial department. In addition to doing most of the heavy lifting when it comes to writing, they\u2019ll often support our copy editors and proofreaders, senior editors and managing editors on reviewing content for style, grammar and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
